Have some real food available in the kitchen.
Sanitary napkins on hand so people don't have to touch their mouse and keyboard with unclean hands after eating and you don't want everyone running to the sink all the time.

if its anything like the LANs we did in our 20s, treat it like a drinking evening. carby stuff, salty stuff, to soak up the booze and keep you going. since youre on here and hosting a LAN, dont have anything challenging/complex in flavor. autism friendly food, unironically tendies. some sweet shit but nothing too liquid because everything will spill and make a mess.
Oh, and make the fuckers bring their own booze. spring for snacks to make sure they dont die, but dont let them leech your beer/whisky/imported weeb spirits.

We did 30 man LAN's in our local town hall, 32 of them total, averaged about 2 a year at one point.

2 people responsible for take away, people give them money and make orders directly to them, they're responsible. Anyone who wants something else can go grab it themselves - for us we had 4 take aways within a 5 minute drive.

Make trips to a local shop/supermarkets in groups, everyone is responsible for making these trips themselves or pre-packing snacks and foods and drinks.

Our town hall had a bar open from 6pm to 2-4am so we didn't need a ton of alcohol up front, just enough to get us to 6 (UK, mostly armed forces)

These went from Friday midday to Sunday evening.
