When I was a kid, I loved canned spinach.
Now I'm a huge fan of raw (esp baby) spinach.
Next time you make Alfredo, add sweated-down spinach and finely chopped artichoke hearts.
It's also a great alternative to lettuce on a sandwich, goes good in salad, etc.
