It just is.
>Sam's Club near where I lived had this and Ballyshannon
>The latter outright disappeared one day, hasn't appeared in Sam's or any other grocer since
They were great together, Dubliner has the sharp taste and Bally had the milder creamy taste.

Calcium lactate crystals.

I believe Dubliner is somewhere in-between a cheddar and a parmesan. It's a nice cheese.

Your beliefs are amusing but nah, it's just a lowkey fact that we make the best cheddar. I tried some red leicester once and was completely underwhelmed, and I would typically take red over white but there are store brand vintage white cheddars in the supermarkets over here, aged for 2+ years, that are more flavorful than any brand I've ever tried. those are the ones that are like parmesan, brick hard and leaning towards a more crumbly texture.

never tried that.

i really like the american fake cheese strips for burgers, so i'll have to try this.

>> No.18622491

I always thought that fake american cheese was the best for burgers but the kerrygold version is basically a fancy real cheese version of it. you feel like you're eating real quality cheese but it still has that distinct taste that goes perfectly with burgers

gunna try this thanks

Not him, but it's like a sweet swiss, unless I'm mixing Skellig with another kerrygold, but I did try that one, it's been a while though.
