They upcharge on the food items. They also piece out EVERYTHING so they can charge you more for it. Then, they scam you with require tip and required service fee and delivery fee.

In the end I still spent more money than I would if I wanted to go and get the food myself, but at the end of the day I'd say I didn't really spend all THAT much extra for the privilege, probably averaging $5 or less per meal.
