I can get turkey thigh 1.750kg for 10 euros and it's lean despite being thigh especially if you cook in water bc the fat renders into it

Read the labels,
look up on youtube foods with best protein to calorie ratio.
Here is the best off the top of my head
>Greek Yogurt
>Eggs/Egg whites
>90-10 Ground Beef (Grass Fed if you can)
>Chicken Breast
>Turkey
>Lean white fish
Also if you can stomach them organ meats are amazing for you.

Also anon if you are trying to lean out don't starve yourself too fast, because your body will autophagy muscle as well as fat at that point.

Fast. Drink a lot of water and get your salts and vitamins. You'll have to exercise too but it'll be a tad harder. Also move, move a fucking lot. Reducing calories is a shit, drawn out way.
