I'm in australia so we have different shit to yanks, but the classic aussie chinese order for a few people would be:
prawn chips

mongolian lamb
sweet & sour pork
honey king prawns
If you get four main meals that's the wildcard, could be an omlette, could be garlic or satay chicken, maybe beef in black bean sauce, or cashew chicken.

I'm tired of my usual General Tso'/orange chicken but I also dont trust the place I go to do anything much better. Their Egg Drop Soup is inconsistent at best and their sides like wontons and potstickers vary greatly on the cook.
