I just realized something

Option A
>individual buys $5,000 espresso machine + $hundreds for beans +$100+ grinder to make morning espresso

or

Option B
>small business buys above
>individual pays $3 for espresso daily

It's like the business is offering a service to thousands of individuals but they eat the up front cost themselves. I never put it together. Communism doesn't work.

option C:
make enough money so it's a joke and these coffee morons are nothing.
Just remember that Mongo and coffee is pawn in game of life.
How can some coffee addicted fuck be entrusted with anything?

I paid in total about 110 for my delonghi espresso machine + grinder + stamper, on sale. Sure coffee beans can be expensive but on the long run it's worth it.

Also
>be dependent on faggot coffee shops for a single espresso
>have the ability to make any style of coffe you want from the comfort of your own home
You are a lazy faggot consumer.

Do you into heated discussions on private message boards about not only differences in coffee beans but things like climate, nationalites, the local governments, that gives you an addiction.
Weed bad, coffee good. Yeah explain that one docs.

You aren't getting anywhere close to the quality of a high end machine fucking retard

I'll calculate it even further. I use this machine with my girlfriend and we drink about the same amount every day. So everything gets split in half. We bought it this january, so it's been about 8 months, which is about 8*30 days. With approximately two flat whites per person every day that comes down to (8*30)*4=960.

We buy new beans every two weeks for about 8 euros per bag. 16*8= 128 euros. Carton of milk is about 1.80, which we buy every 3 days. 8*(30/3)=80. 80*1.80=144 euros. We drink milk without coffee as well but that's fine.
110(machine and equipment)+128(beans)+144(milk)=382 euros in total. Which gets split in half because it's for two people. That comes down to 191 euros per person for 8 months of flat whites every day.

A flat white at a coffee shop usually costs around 4.50 where I live, so 960*4.50 = 4320.- euros. Split in half that comes down to 2160 euros per person. There you go OP.

Coffee prices at a coffee shop are mostly for service and convinience. It doesn't actually cost 3 dollars to make an espresso you retard.

Yeah, with false premises you get false conclusions.

One of the things that doesn't get mentioned is the maintenance time. Most home espresso makers don't clean their machines. It's fucking nasty.

>Communism doesn't work.

Let me let you in on a little secret…. most of the civilized world has realized this. It’s only a small gang of very vocal, terminally online, social rejects who unironically call themselves “communists” in 2022.
