We dont have that anymore, just to name two Julia Child and Jaques Pepin. Now everything has to go through lawyers and focus groups and robocam and weird background music like that BAM! Bullshit.
I'll give Emeril one thing those first two series that he did where he tried to teach people stuff were mint, those were 1/2 hour shows, when we went to the 1 hour show with some studio audience and a band it went to shit.
Why does a cooking show need some morons clapping for a BAM and some band to keep it going?
