For most meals probably solo, but eating out I prefer to be with people. Cooking for people can also be fun if you don't stress too much for no reason/they're not cunts

when i eat. i never talk.
if theres a plate in my face i shut up and just wolf it down, usually before everyone else.
sometimes i like to eat before going out to meet my friends.
but i dont really care if im scarfing some grub in the company of other people or not.
unless i am alone. if i order at a fast food joint i would eat outside of the building.

Through my mid 20s I had a severe anxiety about eating around other people, never ate lunch at school or work. Eventually I think I just got used to it. Now I mostly eat alone just because I don't have anyone to eat with.
