Why can't American's cook? Mexican and Cajun isn't theirs so the rest is just garbage.

>> No.18132830

Technically cooking anything isn't yours then since the first food happened in Africa
Hence you can't cook

White people can't cook good mexican food anyway so you're point means nothing either way

>> No.18132868

Stop thinking about America as a small European nation. It is extremely large, so the food that will be eaten universally will be fast, mass produced junk. There are obviously regional cuisines, with many delightful dishes. Yes, by the way, Tex-Mex and Cajun count as American food. America is a settler nation, so of course the food that is eaten has roots in the home nations. Doesn't mean the food isn't transformed and uniquely American.

Mexican is foreign yes. Cajun is not. I'm not claiming to be cajun or that it represents all of the cuisine of the US but its as much as any other regional style. Being francophone 200 years ago also doesn't make them foreign lol.

When you talk about "Mexican food" you are almost always talking about Tex-Mex... southwestern American food. It's also very good, fuck you. Maybe you have to grow up eating it idk... cornbread, fchili con carne, fajitas, crunchy tacos, that is my jam

I'm from Texas yeah but I don't really talk to anyone outside family so I wouldn't know what the popular opinion about Tex-Mex is. idk I prefer flour to corn tortillas and such, etc., etc.

Threads like this are only believable to people who haven't been outside the US and seen/tasted that just as much of the food in europe is the same bland, usually processed shit we eat here. No not just england although england is worse than the continent lol

>>18132977
It's slow, half the people are drunk, and the other half just don't expect the ebin bait shitposts that are considered normal on many other boards.

current science dictates that europe has the oldest found fossils of human.
out of africa is also a lie since some people have zero african dna.
>inb4 "you gave your code to the machine."
anybody that has had fluids drawn after 1980 had a sample sent to the human genome project.
this includes all babies because they prick their feet for samples.
