Yep. Can't find any decent coffee flavored chocolate like the few bars I had Yurop. Making quality stuff takes quality ingredients and time and effort. If you want to make primo shit, you have to invest in some machines.
I just melt butter, chocolate, and coffee in a big glass bowl and sink in some rice krispie cereal.

Yes. It's a huge hassle and it's quite expensive if you're tempering. It's worth doing if you like making desserts, but so much easier and not that much more to just buy the finished product.
