I have access to an unlimited amount of Salmon.
I have italian seasoning, spicy chicken seasoning, sazon, soy sauce, salt and pepper, siracha, mayo, ketchup, some candied ginger, bbq sauce.

If I can get other ingredients I'll do my best.

What are some recipies I can try so I won't get tired of eating salmon?

So far, I've steamed them in parchment paper with lemon juice and vegetables. I'm going to pan fry some next. Might just straight up deep fry some after that.

Gonna try to freeze a fillet, to kill the worms, then I'll try sashimi.

Then salmon burger patties.

Mustard, maple syrup or miso all work really well with salmon. Salmon picatta is also delicious.
You can also pretty easily make your own lox.

I'm an EMT during the fishing season. Normally the village has 3-5 people year round. That pumps up to 50, and while injuries are not common, they are gnarly when they do happen. So I'm on 24/7 standby.

Mix equal volume soy sauce, sriracha, and brown sugar, mince candied ginger as fine as you can manage and add about 1/16 volume of that. Oil, season, and grill fillet. Get marks from high heat area and transfer to indirect heat. Slather the mixture on top and let it crust up a little. Add pasted garlic, sesame oil and/or seeds to the mixture if you want. Serve with oiled, seasoned, and grilled onion, carrot, asparagus, cabbage, or broccoli if you want some veg.

Salmon burgers with fresh salmon stew ducking delicious. If you get some really fatty salmon you won't need any binders and it'll cook up just like a hamburger patty but with better flavor

This one sort of ignores the skin which I don't often eat, but it's a great recipe. Get your salmon out, season with salt and pepper, and mix together a glaze with white miso, maple syrup, and a nice garlic or garlic chili paste. Hit your broiler, place your salmon on a silicon mat, and slide it in. It'll smoke a little, but after 5 minutes start checking for doneness every 1 minute after.
