For me, it’s deviled eggs with high saturation.

Take a very small spoon, like baby food size, and use the bottom to make a small divot in the topping part of each egg
Then put a very small portion of beluga caviar (OK, farm raised sturgeon roe) in each divot
God tier

based. anyone have other deviled egg tips?

mine are basic bitch tier. I just use mirin instead of white vinegar, but otherwise a very basic recipe you might see in a homemaker magazine from the 50's.

OP here. I threw some finely chopped pickles into my filling. I don’t know if others do that.

I'd swim through a lake full of water for these eggs. That's the only thing that would put out the burning fire in my belly for these eggs.

cool tip. dill pickles?

I have heard to use pickle juice in the yolk filling now that I think about it, but I think I like the idea of finely chopped pickles a lot better.

I did the sweet kind. Don’t do the pickle juice thing. It’ll make your filling too watery.

I brought a tray of my famous deviled eggs that looked JUST like yours to a recent potluck at work an nobody would touch them. What gives?
