Everyone likes Burgers, Pizza and Kebabs, etc.
But what are some underappreciated fast foods, and that should/could be popular fast foods?

Swedish “burger joints”/small shops similar to hot dog stands in NY, and I guess a few rare places in Norway and Denmark..
It was quite common, 20 yrs ago in Scandinavia, now it's more of a home cooked meal, for ease, and for kids, typically.

Bahn mi is simple and could easily be offered by any place that features sandwiches but at least in the US its rarely seen outside of SE Asian restaurant menus.
