What, for you, is so great about Extra Virgin olivölle? I have never liked the taste as much as the plain kind. To me it tastes like olive oil plus chlorophyll, grass clippings, etc.

Everyone is going to have different tastes but I like evoo because it is a cleaner flavor by itself.

Maybe its not for you but I take evoo and add fresh geound pepper into it, then I dip my bread in it.

I get whichever Greek EVOO is on sale because after extensive testing I have found Greek to be consistently better than other countries' EVOO
