My new apartment has gas instead of induction. This is so shit. It takes literally hours to boil a pot of water and I'm afraid it could explode any minute.
Now I realize Americans are so fucking stupid. they don't even know what they're talking about when they criticize induction.
I have called the electrician for an urgent replacement but it's gonna cost me 1k euros to install a secure electric plug behind the stove + the induction device.

with induction, its a whole lot of fiddling with knobs and looking at numbers and oh no your garlic got burnt because you left the heat too long for 3 seconds
