Milk has caseomorphine in it. Cheese concentrates this opiate.

Cheese is also caloricaly dense. It also smells nice and funky.

Here is an incredible usa made goats milk cheese I had recently. Bloomy rind, wrapped in spruce cambium, which gives it a subtle bacon sort of flavor. Amazingly gooey and pure white even tho the picture doesn't show it well. One of the best goats milk cheeses I've had.

A blue cheese by rogue creamery did. I've had it a couple times. It's incredibly good. Very refined, but powerful kick to it and it had flavors like hazelnuts, bacon, chocolate along with an incredible blue cheese flavor.
