Good Tokyo/new wave style shouyu is one of the best foods out there. I miss it so fucking much. You simply cant get bowls of similar quality outside of Japan.
I also really fucking miss actual good tonkotsu gyokai tsukemen, and noukoukei niboshi.
Both also seemingly impossible to find even in a place like fucking NYC,
