American here and I love this stuff. Some of this with an aged crumbly British cheddar is just delicious. It goes well with any sharp cheddar but the British one is best (and you can usually find that in the specialty cheese section).

Cheese and pickle sandwich is good too. I love everyday British foods like this, to be honest. Even beans on toast is great when it's done right (toast has to be buttered, and I add Worcestershire, salt, pepper, some shredded cheddar, sometimes HP sauce).
