Pork in cold water bring the hear into it and skim for 15 minutes while i prep the vegg

After skimming will add cloves and a bouquet.

Vegg is prepped. CHUNKY to prevent overcooking.

Pot au feu in general is supposed to be a clean broth and vegg. So i dont sear anything.
If you sear or char it makes the broth more heavy and also brown.So i dont do it. I like it simple.

i should have gotten a savoy cabbage instead of drumhead but they were all a bit smaller and lighter at the same price
