Hot or cold?

Right now I'm feeling neither since I paid $22 for this overpriced over rated bug.

Damn that is some sparse filling for $22. I like both hot and cold but prefer hot. Hot with just butter and seasoning, cold with mayo and lettuce/tomato.

I've always had them cold but went out and tried a hot one cause seems like most people prefer hot. I think I still prefer cold lobster on a hot bun

Typical price, actually, if it's fresh (hot) with butter. Cold is where they can cut corners with fillers, mayo, celery, and truly skimp on the portion.

Why is the market price so expensive? International demand, esp from the overfished asian client waters. Also Maine and NS lobsters are sweetest best in the world. When the lobster boats come in to the packing houses, the S. Korean buyers are already waiting and easily will buy 100% of the day's catch day after day.

My town has absolutely no tourism so no, just the only place around where you can get fresh fish
