I like sriracha and tobasco but unsure about this thing

Okay boys, i got this from my mum for xmas and im ready to make some sauce, it says add 4 chopped tomatoes and 2 chopped onions and vinegar so ill be adding that.
what else should i add? i was thinking cinnamon and star anias or maybe some cloves

I like sriracha, I really like the garlic and vinegar. I don't need to blow out my pain receptors so it's spicy to me. Only gripe I have with it is that it's far too sweet, I wish it had a lot less sugar, though I get leaving a bit in for flavor.
