How do I improve this?
Also I didn't use a pan I put it in the oven instead because it's less messy.

sprinkle miso on cheese before you put in the pan. just had one like that the other day and it was great.

Whenever I make grilled cheeses I use homemade garlic bread, mozzarella cheese, and a few slices of pepperoni. After its done cooking I either season some tomato soup with garlic or dip it into marinara sauce.
I dunno if anyone's ever done all those at the same time before, but I call them Mussolinis.

Tomato soup is an excellent combo. There's no meat on this sandwich but I was thinking some kind of deli meat and pepperoni has a sort of kick.
>>17587645
This is an older photo, it was okay. This was some bagged ciabatta, I now use loaves that the bakery directly makes which don't need to be stored frozen
I've done combos of muenster, cheddar and swiss which all seem to melt well. No more than five slices, 400F preheat for 8-10 minutes. And I rub butter sticks on both ends of the loaves

Underrated suggestion.
It’s honestly mind-blowing how versatile kimchi is.
It’s great with grilled cheese, melts, burgers, hotdogs, tacos, quesadillas, and a shit ton of other things.
Hell, I’ll even throw a clump of it on top of homemade mac/cheese when I dish it up for myself.

>how do I improve
depends on what you like, you silly fag. Meat can be good, little slivered onions can be good, maybe pickles, maybe some chopped garlic, sometimes I'll have a sharp cheese and some kind of fruit spread.
Sky's the limit.

Although, if my oven has a grill option, and my cheese sandwich is in the aformentioned oven, getting grilled, when it's done, it will in fact be a grilled cheese sandwich.
