I am really looking forward to BBQ season. Think the first thing I am going to BBQ is some beer brats. How about you guys?

very excited, although I think I do pulled pork a little weird compared to other people. Seems most people use one of those big pans to finish and tear it apart. I just give it a rough chop.

Be patient, most people lack this virtue.
You want a nice bed of white coals, do not rush this process.

A grill will be like your stove, you have to use it for some time to really get a feeling to how your food on it will cook.

Half of the mushrooms will be stuffed, the rest bland

I have three kinds of grills:
Gas grill for when it needs to be quick
Weber Master Grill for regular grilling and I own a Smoker which was gifted to me by a friend.

I very much recommend a weber master grill. Weber in general makes really nice grills.
