What are some dishes I can do without a kitchen stove (just moved into a new flat and don't have any kitchen appliances yet)

I agree but didn't recommend because you need compatible cookware. I guess that anon might be in a position to make sure his cookware is induction compatible. temperature control on them is really nice. sometimes I just want to cook with fire though.
