We had a really good one in my city though its out of business now pre covid. I think the business model of the defunct one was kind of wonky. You paid by bowl size so people would get smaller bowls then over stuff them to get more for less price. I think any business that is open to the general public and relies on the honesty of that same general public is doomed to fail, especially when it comes to food.
