Iceberg lettuce is more likely to give you a foodborne illness than raw pork. It's all picked by Mexican farmers with shit on their hands because they shit in the field and wipe with iceberg lettuce leaves. This stuff is an E. Coli bomb.

Part of the Great Replacement conspiracy is to make us eat nutritionless vegetables and go veegan and lower our sperm counts, while shipping unlimited corn and using GMO techniques to grow more soy to ship to Africa and increase their population infinitely. Why aren't we able to find GMO soybeans in America and yet that's 95% of soybean crops here?

I dislike iceberg lettuce because McDonald's (or just big food in general) created this idea that it's nutritionally good for you. Every other type of lettuce is superior nutritionally but iceberg somehow became the standard. I'll eat it with no problem because it's bland and can elevate the flavour of a burger by essentially being crunchy water but I hate what it represents.

The Indian gov't spent billions on researching the benefits of their traditional spices and came up with vague conclusions at best. Furthermore, the same big pharma companies are the ones selling those "natural supplements". The greedy fuckers have all jumped at the opportunity to pack fractional cents worth of an ingredient into a capsule and sell it to you at a 20x markup under a subsidiary brand advertised as "healthy and organic".
Just eat the turmeric. Don't try to portray supplement companies as anything other than another branch of money-grubbing pharma giants.

I'm sure anything you grow yourself will be considerably better quality then what you can buy. Why not give it a try? I threw a old dried out ginger root in a pot and sure enough it grew into a giant ginger root that taste far better then the original.

As a raw agricultural product with high moisture content and surface area, lettuce is susceptible to contamination. These growth characteristics are part of the reason that the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) have classified iceberg lettuce as one of the top ten riskiest foods in production.
Between 2000 and 2020, at least 31 iceberg lettuce-associated outbreaks were reported to CDC’s National Outbreak Reporting System (NORS), causing 1,093 illnesses and 65 hospitalizations.

there's even people who each spinach and kale all day long, they are emaciated. normies don't eat 3 cups of spinach a day, probably 1/2 cup at best and that will still give you nothing.
