i am talking historically, it is a extreme example but the medical industrial complex has a monopoly on medicine that i should be able to buy OTC for $10 but no i have to go the GP for a few hundred dollars to get commended to a specialist for another few hundred dollars to get a $10 prescription for anti nausea medicine that's safe enough to give to a 1yo baby.
Fact of the matter is junkies always exited and always will and they still manage to get their drugs regardless but somebody that pulls their back out and need a few days of relief have to go through legitimate channels and pay hundreds of dollars and weeks of waiting to get a appointment for weeks.
