I've worked at McDonalds before and depending on how long the mcribs were sitting in the heating tray and how old the sauce is makes a huge difference in how it tastes. The only way to get a good mcrib is to go to a store staffed by white people that throw away old product when they are supposed to or are willing to make one fresh.
