I hate going to Italian restaurants. No matter how good the food is, I always feel like I could have just made it at with little difference in taste. Fresh pasta is better but not really that much better

it amazes me how much italians care about their cuisine
i mean they have more than 2000 years of history but they would rather take pride in an handfull of 100/150 year old dishes than in their country's history, they have the same knowledge of their country as a tourist
