Best way to spruce this shit up?

I love this shit but I think I could make it better. I just mash with fresh lemon juice and some maldon sea salt.

What am I missin bros?

Herbs, and different sources of sodium. Try thyme, sage, and consommé powder. Pepper and some onion or garlic can be pleasant for a variety in flavour. Also try toasting the bread first with a fat source such as butter or oil.

Avocado reminds me of my ex wife. She would buy those big bags of hass avocados and "misplace" them into the beer drawer so I wouldn't have room for my cans. I'd end up having to drink warm beer after I finished up at the site because she'd never refrigerate it. Well she never agreed with my drinking anyway on account of her father was a raging drunk and used to hit her ma. To tell the truth that sour old bag probably deserved it if she was as passive aggressive and bitchy as the daughter she raised. Anyway I don't eat that avocado shit and neither should you.

I'd recommend garlic and onion, don't go too hard on that though. I always mash the garlic and the onion in a mortar and pestle with all salt and pepper until it's a paste. Then I throw the whole avocado chunks into a large bowl, add the paste and just stir and mash with a large spoon. For me that's enough to get a texture that's somewhere between chunky and smooth. Grinding up the garlic and onion makes sure you don't have any larger chunks left inside, which I personally find quite unpleasant.

just make guacamole instead. Avocado toast is a poor man's breakfast gussied up as a fancy snack. Nothing wrong with it, but if you want to spruce it up, you're better off just making something else. Put bacon on it, or something.
