I have 32oz of extra sharp cheddar cheese. It is way too much. What do I do with it?

The fuck is with the design of this knife. Nothing about it seems ideal for cheese. I don't see why you would pick it over other knives for general foods. You can tell from the overall design it's not very cleaver.

Freeze it, or make a mornay with it to add to pasta, roasted veggies, etc. which is also freezable in ziploc bags.

Every Day wrap it in paper towels and change the towels from the day before. You will dry it out to a near-hard plank that crumbles easily.

The taste is amazing.
Thats what I specifically do with these extra sharp and seriously sharp cheeses. I concentrate the good flavor.

Do you guys not have babybel in europe? I thought it was made by a french company. It's like this shitty, wax covered cheese for kids. Check supermarket cheese aisle next time you go it's kind of a trip. Comes in a little net bag.
