There's a restaurant in Tokyo with at least two locations, World Breakfast All Day. They always serve American, British, and Mexican style breakfast, and then every month they have a new county they feature as well.
Its so fucking good. Breakfast without boarders isn't actually a bad idea, experiencing new breakfasts is good.
Hell, even just going to a breakfast buffet in Fukuoka with both Japanese and US food was cool.
