Not really a pie, but I enjoy making crumbles, need to work on my pastry skills more, hoping to give an apple pie a go soon.
Speaking of crumbles, I made a pretty nice fruit one out of a couple of apples and a tin of peaches I had knocking around, decided to mix a tin of custard into the filling too with a brown sugary crumble on top straight out of the oven was fookin' moorish.

pecan snuck up on me and it's fine for a 1/4th of a slice
