objectively speaking , what is the best side(s) for a rack of pork ribs?

>> No.17093557

mac and cheese is good

some kind of potatoes, preferably with cheese also

maybe even mashed potatoes

lots of different things.

My vote is for hand-cut, double fried french fries and cole slaw.

cole slaw & cornbread

Slaw and potato/macaroni salad. I like to mix the 2 dufferent salads, but the slaw is the most important part. Cornbread is great too, but I prefer to keep more room for meat than bread when I can help it.

Just plain boiled potatoes to soak up the sauce.
>all these amerilards calling for fat dense sides.
No wonder you're all suffocating in your fat

seeing a lot of votes for coleslaw and i'd tend to agree

Those ribs are clearly made by the hands of a freedom-enriched individual, and even drenched in freedom sauce, so naturally we would mention the usual sides that accompany our deliciously unhealthy freedom chow.
You dirty fucking chimp. The cornbread is for soaking up the bbq sauce, your plain boiled potatoes won't do jack shit.

>> No.17093782

i like baked beans (made with some of the rib rub and bbq sauce ofc) and close slaw. cornbread too

Am I the only one who likes some plain ol' roasted corn-on-the-cob?
Roast them bitches in they green-ass leaves until done, remove the leaves, butter them shitz then SnP2T. Perfect fuckin' side.
I don't like mac and cheese as a side for anything with barbecue sauce. The whole idea kind of nauseates me. I hate everyones coleslaw but mine, so that would likely be out for me, too. But corn? Oh baby... I fucks with corn.
