Glen and friends cooking.

He does a ton of wholesome feel good videos. He also has this cool series where he makes recipes from really old cookbooks (like 200+ years old) and reviews how we'd probably update it for modern tastes/ingredients/cooking methods. Really interesting.

Food wishes for recipes that just work, whether you like his intonation or hate is a coin flip.
How to BBQ right, they actually do what it says on the tin.
Pasta grannies is just about the most comfy channel in all yt if you have any European family or a lot of old relatives, their pasta teaching is actually really good too but I suggest you libgen their cookbook for easier to follow recipes.
Cooking with dog is comfy but don't use their recipes for anything that isn't savory.
Preppy kitchen is pretty good content but JUST for his buttercream, piping, decorating videos stay away from other recipes
Bruno albouze is technically good, but it doesn't cater to a home cook and their limitations in equipment, he'll use immersion blenders, food processors and stand mixers in one recipe and a lot of people don't even have that sort of counter space. He tends to put coffee in a lot of things that don't need it.
