I saw this recipe for instant ramen on here the other day and made it today, fuckin amazing

Pa1:
>2 tbsp sesame oil
>1 tbsp chili flakes
>1 garlic clove smashed
>1 tbsp green onion
I estimated the measurements on mine so do whatever, but you add them to a frying pan on low and let them simmer until the garlic browns.

Pan 2:
>boil water for an egg
>finish egg and toss in ice water
>throw noodles into boiling water
If you don't want egg just skip to boiling the noodles
>strain noodles and make 1c broth from Shin packets and chicken bouillon
>heat broth in pan with shredded chicken, add soft noodles
>simmer until chicken is cooked and mix in oil concoction
>add in egg and enjoy
It's pretty damn good, nice and hot but flavorful.


Does anyone else have their own way to make this stuff better? Any cup tricks?
