I think he has 3 years left personally. Depends on his alckie start date. 3 years confirmed posts so far.. his date with death started with an Xbox One Taco Bell promotion in 2019.

Pretty sure he’s in his late 20s. He can keep this for a lot more than three years. I’d say ten years before any major health issues. That’s assuming he doesn’t smoke cigarettes or do drugs and isn’t a great big fat person.

Everyone has different limits. Asking how long he'll live is like asking how long is a rope. Somewhere between a few minutes and a hundred years seems like a safe bet.
Though you have to ask yourself is it really living if you don't put down a handle or two and a several pounds of taco bell a week with a burger here and there for good measure?
