Crispy bean burger patties. I bought them every month since they came out so good after a bit in the pan. The only hamburger imitation vegan thing I've ever been happy with enough to buy every time I shopped a lot.

Then one day it was just gone. Couldn't get it in any physical store and all online options said there were discontinued. I miss them to this day and NO ONE has made a decent replica since either. Should had bought 50 of them when I had the chance.

It seems they changed the package directions at some point; it now says 40sec upside down and then 40sec “normal” while wrapped in a paper towel.
I’m pretty sure years ago they used to just say “open one end of package and nuke”.
The flipping makes them come out better.

Yeah, when I was a kid they said wrap in a paper towel. Then they changed it to pop the package open, but considering how most moisture the paper towel absorbed that seemed like a bad call.
That said, flipping definitely works.
