Iron. You may have a deficiency, so I would recommend taking an iron supplement.

Liver meats have tons of vitamins and minerals. You might have been deficient in something.

Don't eat it everyday though, because you could get vitamin A toxicity.

could it be the copper? i intake a lot of zinc for penis health

Liver is loaded with nutrients. Its the best source of iron and one of the best sources of choline.

If you want to supplement instead look into freeze-dried supplements derived from liver itself.

I would not worry about overeating any animal parts like that. if its addressing some defecit, you will loose taste for it after a while anyways.

You would have to eat more liver than you physically can to get A-vitamin poisoning.
I mean obviously you shouldn't eat it every day, but have no fear about the poisoning.

That's true for acute hypervitaminosis A. For chronic hypervitaminosis A, eating more than 200g is considered potentially harmful. I certainly wouldn't go over 400g per week.

Some of the comments could be right, you may have some sort of iron deficiency or of other vitamins (most common are b12 and A) .

You should check for iron and b12, if you never did it. It may be a subclinical deficiency, in that case just eat liver more often (but not every day)
If tur

How does liver pate compare to just liver? I want those health benefits, but it would be much easier to just get pate and put it on buttered toasted sliced bread with onions and freshly cracked black pepper.

Yes but total scam. Deydrating reduces the weight by about half so even if you take several capsules a day you're only getting the equivalent of like 10g fresh liver.

It’s really difficult to get vitamin a toxicity from liver. You’d have to eat like a pound a day for a year and also be extremely deficient in the other fat solubles because they balance each other out.

>> No.16939775

Liver is basically a multi vitamin . It also has other stuff in it that aren’t vitamins and minerals, that probably make you feel good. I also feel great when I eat it. I like it with caramalized onions and rice and ketchup, washed down with a bepis or two . With mashed potatoes it’s really good too

If you start taking in smaller amounts of something maybe. Liver is very nutrient dense though and even a small amount will provide you with a lot of B12, iron, vitamin A, etc. and that can make a quick difference since it's also absorbed quite well by our bodies unlike supplements.

Why would it take that long? Anything you eat is going to be poop within 72 hours, anything you drink piss within 8. And most of the time digesting is just desiccation.
