I used to eat eggs weekly when young and now I get bloated as fuck to eggs for a day or two after and feel exhausted and get a headache when I try to eat them.

same here. not that much bloating but i do feel shitty after eating them. sadly, i just had to cut them. but i don't really care desu, there are serious concerns about all the cholesterol in eggs and i don't think they fill you up enough in quantities an average person eats.
