Yeah but that's just South Dakota desu. When I lived in Rapid City as a kid I used to get chased by gang members on the way home from school. We still had the DARE program back then, too. Cops would visit the school and show us dented metal bats covered in bloodstains used by gang members to assault people. Also frequently saw drunk native women along the side of the road wandering around bow-legged. It might actually be nicer up in his area.
