I hate wasting money on food while being a poorfag. I eat eggs, milk and orange juice to get all the daily vitamins and pasta because its cheap and filling.

I'm bored of eating pasta all the time. What are some other very cheap and filling dishes I can complement with?
No beans!

you're the one who said you eat "pasta"
what do you put on your pasta?

Vegetables like carrots and onions are usually really cheap. It takes preparation but we never started eating those things because they were "tasty". Before we bred them into crops, they were just filler in something more substantial. Use lots of cut up vegetables to make stews and soups, be willing to experiment to see what you can get away with as a filler; I'll blitz onions and mushrooms in a food processor instead of adding another pound of ground beef to a meatloaf or similar ground beef dish.

Also corn is dirt fucking cheap.

Kimchi is cheap and easy to make. Bread, butter, and cheese can be cheap. Together they're the ultimate hunger blaster.

I love to toss some diced potatoes, olive oil, in-season vegetables (preferably eggplant, but also like squash or zucchini), and spices (salt, pepper, garam masala, turmeric, and allspice are my favorite combination), then roast in a moderately high oven for 20 minutes, toss, and continue roasting for 15 minutes. Serve with meat and yogurt.
I love potatoes as a cheap ingredient, but you could use rice as well.

I buy medium containers of seasonings so even though they're initially expensive they last me months on end to use so just get 1 or 2 medium sized seasonings each time you shop and you'll have a full spice cabinet in no time
