What type of restaurant can I order this at? I know Big Mama's and Papa's Pizzeria in Canoga Park, CA has something similar called an egg gondola but I haven't seen this thing at any other restaurants ever.

Georgian here. Didn't know khachapuri was popular outside former soviet republics. My favourite is imeretian khachapuri because my grandma makes the best ones.
