When I was a child I didn't like Neapolitan. Now as an adult I know it is the greatest. The trifecta of ice cream perfection: smooth vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry. No chunks. No gooey stripes. Ice cream in its purest form, with three excellent flavors for variety.

With some meals, eg.: burgers, even a relatively bad one can be decent, but with others like ice cream if the ingredients aren't good then it's garbage.
This is specially a problem due to the sugar and palm oil lobbys destroying the image of dairy and fat in the minds of consoomers, which greatly hurt the ice cream industry.
