My city has the only stand-alone Chick-fil-A in Canada. There's a line every time I pass by it.

Because the staff is clean, intelligent, friendly, not ghetto, speaks english, clean, usually attractive, fast, competent, they don't fuck up your order, the food is amazingly consistent and always fresh and hot. Sure, people like the chicken, but they like tacos and hamburgers too. The real reason Chik-fil-a always has a huge line is that almost NONE of the qualities listed above can be found at any other fast food place with any regularity. You have $30 to feed two adults and three kids. Money is tight and you can't afford to throw it away because Tameeka and her boo Mikel hands you a fucked up order that's stone cold with several items missing. At that point you don't want to complain because you really don't want spit in your food but you don't want to feed what you have in your hand to your kids because if Tameeka can't make an order for three happy meals and a couple Big Macs right you start to wonder how well she cleans the shit out from under her four inch long fingernails. You can't gamble like that with family money and the health of your children so Chik-fil-a it is.
