I'll admit I think Texas BBQ is 2nd best to KC, much better than Memphis or Carolina bbq, but I really do think KC is better than Texas when it comes to barbecue. Sauces are better for sure here, I'd argue the quality of the meat in terms of how it is smoked is better here as well. Maybe spices are better in texas idk. But I do think KC BBQ on the whole is better than Texas style. Our bbq is tender, juicy, and delicious with sauces ranging from tangy to sweet to spicy
