There's a lot about KC that sucks, the weather, the potholes, the rising rent, the stuck up women, the insufferable soyim, but our BBQ is the best. I'm not even a big bbq fan, I probably eat it maybe a few times a year, but every time I do, it is absolutely mouthwatering and delicious. I'll admit I think Texas BBQ is 2nd best to KC, much better than Memphis or Carolina bbq, but I really do think KC is better than Texas when it comes to barbecue. Sauces are better for sure here, I'd argue the quality of the meat in terms of how it is smoked is better here as well. Maybe spices are better in texas idk. But I do think KC BBQ on the whole is better than Texas style. Our bbq is tender, juicy, and delicious with sauces ranging from tangy to sweet to spicy
