i need to cut carbs
and really i've been eating roast chicken, dry salami, various cuts of beef, pork, and a lot of cheese
however i constantly crave rice, bread, and chips
after three days or so i usually give in and eat a load of bread and fuck everything up
i've been eating granola as a low carb replacement, but nothing hits like good pasta
tl;dr low/no carb recommendations for keto

Cauliflower rice for a sad imitation of rice. It's not the same but goddamnit there's nothing else.
Eat pork rinds instead of chips. Personally, I make buffalo sauce to dip them in as I buy them in bulk unflavored.
There's various breads involving almond/coconut flour but they're always paired with some bullshit expensive stuff like xantham gum and tons of whey protrein so I just gave up on bread, maybe someone has a decent recipe

Also why the fuck is bacon everywhere but I can't find just generic pork belly to eat? Bacon has fucking sugar in it.

It helps if you just cut out refined carbs. I used to easily eat 800 calories from carbs per day with starchy foods and added sugar but getting that much from the carbs in plain fruit and milk is a lot harder.

also i've been adding sugar to my coffee and tea since my blood sugar feels low

All it is is willpower. If you want to stick to it and not eat carbs then do that. But if you're weak then you're gonna cave no matter what the temptation or the substitute is. Just don't eat carbs but I suggest chicken and broccoli every meal. It's cheap, tastes good, and healthy

on any restrictive diet, looking for imitations of the things you used to enjoy is a stupid idea. it'll never be as good, it'll never be even close, it'll just make you wish you had it.
