I made some WAC bread

>1 cup wheat flour
>1/2 cup acorn flour
>1/2 cup corn flour
>1/2-1 cup of water (idk i eyeballed it) with half a block of yeast and half a tsp of sugar
>A tsp of sugar more and 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
>Cold rise overnight
>Bake at 200 C for 20-30 mins

Have you made any bread recently?

I've been making a lot of bread recently. I found this no knead recipe and it turned out to be the best and easiest bread I've ever made, it took like 5 mins word total lol. Fuck kneading. Also don't use the towel if you make this, just put it in a bread pan instead.

Give it a shot bros

Pretty frequently. This is the last one I took a picture of

Making bread regularly. Still cannot get anything right. It's edible, somewhat tasty, too, but not a good bread. Usually too compact inside, but otherwise fine. I'm probably using too little water, but I don't know. Last time I had a stupid sticky dough, which turned out just a little bit better, but hardly how it's supposed to work.

i make a loaf of bread every week. the last 2 times i fucked up for different reasons. i forgot the bread was in the oven while i was helping my dad and it was in almost 10min longer than usual. the crust was extra thick and a little burnt. then i forgot about another loaf during its second rise because my dog wanted to walk for an hour. it was pretty tasty, but i didn't get any ovenspring so it ended up kind of flat.

You can fuck up bread severely but it will still be nice to eat while fresh. It's very forgiving in that aspect.

Basically add fat to it, egg also helps. Look at milk bread/hokkaido recipes.
