As long as you reduce the carb heavy stuff you'll be fine. The rice and noodles from PE make me really bloated for some reason. If I cut those out and just have the entrees with home cooked rice, they're a lot easier to cram up my ass.

What I remember as chinese food growing up as a young kid in Shanghai

>General Tso's chicken
>number 42 with shrimp fried rice
>Happy Family Dragon Prosper Combo with my choice of chicken, pork, or beef
>mom's homemade fortune cookies
>orange slices after every meal
>fried chicken/fish/anything else that fits in the deep fryer
>white rice with soy sauce, microwaved and eaten with a plastic spork at 4:00am

Americans have no idea how good it really is. No one in china knows what the fuck dim sum is or bat soup. Chinese food is delicious. Literally the best cuisine of any nation. Makes sense because China has the most evolved civilization. They elegantly debate Confucian ethics while they eat, honor their ancestors with guaranteed 15-minute delivery, men in the streets engage in epic kung-fu battles while eating sweet & sour jalapeno poppers. Like what kind of genius realized that 2 sticks is the most patrician way to eat soup. Even French gastronomy pales in comparison to the diet of the average chinese.
